- Author & co-author of 4 books, including The Contract Professional’s Playbook, Getting to We, and The Vested Outsourcing Manual
- Provide legal and/or commercial advice, drafting, and negotiation support on all contracting matters, including a variety of contracts and subcontracts, reflecting knowledge of company policies and procedures, guidance briefs, Federal, state and local laws.
- Advisor working with legal and/or non-legal professionals to resolve legally related issues and strategies for risk mitigation.
- Lead negotiator, including variety of stakeholders, to drive the negotiation to mutual agreement on commercial, financial, and legal issues.
- Create, communicate, and execute negotiation plans to support the business requirements, and prepare business cases and executive summaries detailing the contract negotiation schedule, issues, and risks (Gate reviews).
- Prepare and deliver negotiation playbooks, trainings and tool kits, and develop contracting processes and procedures.
- Adjunct professor at Seattle University and teacher at the University of Tennessee’s Center for Executive Education [2008-2012]
- Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University (Go Salukis!), and licensed to practice law in Washington State

I combine my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with my twenty-plus years of professional experience, to include leading and managing individuals and projects, and turn it into something that brings out the best in me. This spark brought me to entrepreneurship. Now, 9+ years as a virtual assistant lead me to receive my Digital Marketing Certification to help my clients grow their business.
